Northern Illinois Disposal is the vendor for Garbage Pickup in Ashton. Pickup is scheduled to begin on Monday mornings, and residents are asked to have their garbage at the curb or in the alley by 6am on Mondays. Emptied cans should be returned close to the house by 6am on Tuesdays. The monthly garbage fee is included on the quarterly Utility bill mailed out by the Village.

Midwest Disposal, LLC is contracted by Lee County to provide pickup of the recycling dumpster on South First Drive next to the Street Department Office. Please do not put garbage in this dumpster. The Village will contact the vendor to have the dumpster emptied when it is full. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
